Personal summary
I am a recent graduate from the Technical Writing graduate certificate program from Algonquin College. Previously I earned an undergraduate degree in English literature with a minor in geology from the University of Ottawa. I am looking for a career in which I can build upon my education and experience. I specialize in editing and writing a wide range documentation formats from email correspondence, to social media, to technical user guides. Because of my interdisciplinary background, I possess a high degree of scientific literacy which makes me a strong candidate for technical writing positions that require working with complex technology and scientific concepts. I am a native English and Polish speaker and I am currently learning French. Though I am a beginner in French, I am comfortable working with French as I have done so in the past while working for the Department of National Defence.
