Hi, my name is Piyush. I have recently completed my bachelors of Commerce in Accounting from Carleton University. During my coop experience, I worked for a CCPC in Gatineau – Ideal Protein – and I assisted the controller with daily collections of overdue receivables and liaising between different clients and internal teams. I also accounted for and input journals for their Germany subsidiary. Since then, I have worked for various startups in Ottawa managing their bookkeeping, creating expense statements for investors, managing shareholder accounts for shareholder contributions, and even transitioning from one software to another. I have worked with several clients in and around the Oshawa area managing their full cycle bookkeeping – managing assets, liabilities, expenses, and sales. I also have experience with reconciliations. I have audited, found and reconciled discrepancies of more than $200,000. I have also managed multicurrency accounts with US and CAD currency chequing and credit card accounts. I have gotten my QuickBooks Online Certification and I am working towards achieving the QuickBooks Advanced Certification as well. Education: College/University in Business
