Personal summary
I am a quick study, able to provide accurate info, walk customers through order process, resolve technical issues and I can say overall, I am capable of delivering excellent customer service. I started as a tier 1 chat support agent and worked my way up to Senior Helpdesk Associate who provides support for front-liners (CS team) in a matter of 3 months from when I started. I worked 40 hours weekly for Live Support (Zendesk) plus 10-20 hours more for emails/escalation requests. I describe myself as i a self-starter, eager to learn, resourceful, efficient and highly dependable. My long-term goal has always been to be more successful and advance my career albeit I work from home. I believe I am a good fit for the role, being that I am hardworking, honest and self-reliant.
