Personal summary

I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering in Ireland. While completing my college degree I worked as a waitress where I developed my customer service and teamwork skills. My first job after graduation was working in a pharmaceutical API large scale manufacturing plant as a process engineer where I learned organisational skills along with the importance of good communication. In this role I utilised SAP on a day-to-day basis for transactions in/out of the warehouse. After this I worked as a bioprocess engineer in a biotechnology company in a clean room facility working on process development and optimisation. I have completed many projects for bioreactor development using computation fluid dynamics (CFD) on Ansys software for mixing optimising. I managed the risk assessment process for our facility in my previous role and completed many projects focusing on lean principles with the aim of eliminating inefficiencies in working practices for continuous improvement purposes. I have worked on many technology transfer projects from process development to large scale manufacturing, focusing on single use technology options for maintaining process conditions across scales and working with regulatory requirements based on current and future drug lifecycle stages. I am currently working part time as a ski instructor where I have learned a lot on the importance of creativity and planning in group settings. Education: College/University in Engineering
