Currently enrolled in the Interior Decorating program at Sheridan College. Trained in: • Hand Drafting and Rendering floor plans and elevations, professional/ technical drawings and sketches, 2D and 3D drawings and perspectives. • AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop to produce complete drawing packages, floor plans, elevations, and presentation drawings, in scale and 3D perspective. • On-site measuring and annotations for drawing preparation. • Sourcing based on client needs and preferences, budget, and decoration style. • Develop presentation boards, and mood boards, applying innovative design concepts that meet the client's needs creating a unique and aesthetically pleasing space. • Budgeting and quotations, managing financial resources while sourcing and planning considering the various aspects of the project determining priorities with flexibility, researching and tracking expenses. • Meeting with clients, starting to assess their needs and goals for the project, preferences, design style, and site assessment, build a client rapport professionally. • Project management, managing costs and timelines, monitoring progress and resources of the project, dealing with trades or contractors, and ensuring the quality of work done. • Efficient in multi-tasking and attention to detail with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment • Communicative self-starter and highly organized. • Computer: Working with MAC or Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, Typing, Fax, Photocopy, Internet, Email and social media.
