Personal summary

I am a Software Developer/Programmer Analyst with over fifteen years development and management experience. My employment history includes; DevOps Engineer for CGI, Software developer for IBM, Software Developer for the University of Ottawa CHEO Research Institute, Programmer Analyst for The CN Tower, (Canada Lands Corporation) And in the UK, Programmer Analyst at the University of Cambridge, where I redesigned and managed an online medical education resource and learning management system (ErWeb) and was responsible for implementing the Cambridge online dictionary. My career path also includes; managing a customer focused helpdesk and 2nd level support department; and software development through Lionhardt Technologies, a home-based development company I once had in the past. Involved at every stage of a project's lifecycle, my strengths and talents come through reviewing the existing environment and projecting new possibilities into areas not previously considered possible or feasible. I'm an enthusiastic worker who enjoys learning new skills, problem solving, and meeting new challenges. I pride myself on being detail oriented and very organized. My easy-going personality and sense of humour enables me to get along well with others and adapt to new situations readily and professionally.
