My name is Nasr Halteh I am certified project manager with over 12 years of experience in project management job. I worked with Telus, Rogers, Huawei, ZTE and Orange -France Telecom group. I understand what you are doing and what your values are. I have the knowledge, required skills, and experience that will allow me to succeed and excel in this role. I have been working as a project manager for the last 12 years in site construction, working closely with more than 6 contractors to build new sites in 5G,3G, LTE. I arranged the scope of work for building the sites for bidding purpose, did the bid walk, chose the winner bidding, built the project milestones, and shared the schedule and deadlines with the project team. I also collaborated with the procurement team for the vendors management, did the inspection after the work is done, material shipping, and hired third party company to confirm the work is completed according to the engineering drawing and SOW. I managed the program financials in accordance with corporate financial policies . I managed internal and external risks within the program and escalated to management with applicable solutions and their impacts. I made sure the project is delivered on time and at budget.
