Description et exigences de la tâche

Project Description: Our global client based in Calgary, AB, is seeking a senior process analyst experienced with ARIBA for the role of Advisor, Procurement Systems (Source to Contract). The advisor will be part of the Procurement Systems and Governance Team, responsible for supporting Source to Pay functions across procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ariba Upstream (Contract and Guided Sourcing modules) system support tickets, assisting end-users with Sourcing and Contract projects, and creating/executing reports.
  • Perform and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in Ariba, including the creation of Sourcing Projects, RFX documents, evaluations, awards, and Contract Workspace management.
  • Draft UAT test scripts and document the results.
  • Develop and update training and reference guides for Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current processes.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Collaborate with Business SMEs to develop document templates for Guided Sourcing and Contracting processes.
  • Support the development of standards, processes, and procedures across Source to Pay functions.
  • Assist with data clean-up and other sustaining functions in Ariba Upstream.
Requirements:

  • Must have work authorization for Canada.
  • Extensive experience with ARIBA, particularly in Source to Contract functions.
  • Strong skills in User Acceptance Testing, report creation, and system support.
  • Ability to develop training materials and facilitate training sessions.
  • Experience in refining and supporting procurement processes.
