- Answer inbound and outbound calls as well as online inquiries.
- Develop a business and marketing plan to encourage new sales development.
- Market new business ideas while building a database of contacts and networking opportunities.
- Provide potential clients with exceptional service, professional advice, and accurate quotes that best suit their needs.
- Respond to company or client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Network with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationships.
- Attend networking events to promote the company and products.
- Accurately complete all documentation upon closing.
- Meet or exceed personal insurance production goals through referrals and self-generation.
- Proven experience in Personal Lines Insurance sales with a strong track record.
- RIBO License.
- Comfortable and confident with cold selling via email and telephone.
- Creative ability to influence and negotiate.
- Persistent, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively with strong attention to detail.
- High-level computer skills with experience in EPIC by Applied Systems and Compu-Quote (an asset).
