Description et exigences de la tâche

The Quotes & Proposals Administrator is responsible for preparing quotes for the environmental and petroleum divisions nation-wide. They are also on occasion responsible for the gathering and coordinating of information nationally and multi-divisionally in response to bid tenders. Duties include ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation, and in multiple corporate data management databases. As well as implementing and enforcing changes in company policy.

Please note this is a Seasonal position with an anticipated End Date of June 30th 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Follow complex and changing procedures
  • Responsible for implementing and enforcing company pricing strategy
  • Responsible for time-sensitive tasks and working well under time pressure Responsible for implementing and enforcing important and sometimes difficult company change
  • Responsible for AGAT’s impression in clients’ eyes
  • Check pricing going to clients for accuracy and consistency with policy
  • Check pricing going into billing system for accuracy and consistency with policy
  • Check terms and conditions in agreements
  • Contract and agreement document management
  • Prepare solicitation documents
  • Provide French versions of documentation where applicable
  • Monitor a variety of platforms to assist sales team in discovery of potential tender documents
  • Responsible for updating existing client master file with new bid information when requested
  • Responsible for creation of a variety of reports when requested, such as quarterly reports, TAT reports, etc.
Qualifications

  • Business, communications, science, or technical background
  • Fast and strong learner
  • Flexible and capable in the face of constantly changing environment
  • Experience in a customer service setting and strong customer service orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of gracious communication in all circumstances
  • Strong organizational and computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills
Work Environment: This position requires a person to sit for prolonged periods of time in an office setting. Manual dexterity is required to perform this position.
