Hello Freelancer,

we are looking for a suitable Freelancer for an exciting project. Could this be something for you?

In the former closing tool FCC (Financial Closing Cockpit) it is possible to upload an excel file for the creation of a new period end closing task list. In the Advanced Financial Closing it is no longer possible to upload such a file. Every task must be created manually.

The aim is to find a solution how it could be possible to create tasks via a BOT or via other automation solution.

Activities and tasks to be performed in the project:
• Find a smart solution how to automate the task list creation in AFC

• Creation of an SAP AFC Automation Task List:
- Definition, developing and configuration of automated task lists to support the financial close process.
- Ensuring that all tasks in the task list are correctly described and linked to the corresponding SAP AFC processes.

• Process analysis and optimization:
- Analysis of existing financial processes and identification of optimization potentials through automation.
- Improvement of the task list to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Documentation of processes and automated tasks to ensure traceability and compliance with standards.


Most important skills:
• SAP AFC (knowledge & experience in AFC implementation)
• SAP ECC & S/4HANA knowledge in SAP FICO
• Automation knowledge (BOT or AI technologies)

Optional skills and experience:
• SAP Cloud knowledge
• Good knowledge of English
