Job Opportunity: Senior Specialized IT Consultant

Client: Ministry of Treasury Board Secretariat
Location: 222 Jarvis St, Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid, 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Start Date: January 2, 2025
End Date: March 31, 2025, with a potential extension
Work Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant to provide strategic guidance on IT systems, improve organizational IT structures, and ensure efficient system operations. The consultant will also support user acceptance testing and participate in UAT activities.

Essential Skills:

10+ years of experience in testing both GUI and non-GUI environments and organizing testing efforts.
Extensive experience with DevOps tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Proficient in planning, executing functional tests, non-functional tests, and integration tests.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on IT to meet business objectives or overcome problems.
Improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems.
Provide quality assurance/control of deliverables.
Develop and implement processes for IT systems based on client requirements.
