Description et exigences de la tâche
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
- Valid RN (Registered Nurse) or RPN (Registered Practical Nurse) license in good standing.
- Must hold a valid G Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Experience in administering vaccinations.
- Availability during regular business hours is preferred.
- Complete online training and compliance sessions related to clinic protocols.
- Receive, prepare, and pack clinic supplies, including vaccines, documentation, and safety materials.
- Set up and arrange the clinic area at the site location.
- Screen participants onsite, including:
- Temperature screening
- Completing questionnaires
- Follow strict safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times.
- Obtain biometric measurements, such as height, weight, blood pressure, and other vitals, depending on the clinic’s requirements, while maintaining participant confidentiality.
- Ensure all clinic documentation, including immunization records, consent forms, and screening logs, are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
- Monitor participants for any adverse events following immunization (AEFI) and report incidents immediately.
- Maintain inventory supply for the duration of the clinic, ensuring adequate stock of vaccines, syringes, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Flexible shifts available:
- Day shifts: 2-8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Medication administration: 1 year (required)
- Nursing: 1 year (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
