- Instructional Design:
- Develop instructional materials and e-learning modules based on sound instructional design principles.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Content Development:
- Design and produce multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and simulations.
- Write clear and concise content, including scripts, storyboards, and assessments.
- Technology Integration:
- To develop digital learning content, use e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia).
- Integrate digital learning solutions with learning management systems (LMS).
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and feedback.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Apply assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of digital learning solutions.
- Continuously improve learning content based on feedback and data analysis.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proven experience in creating multimedia content and using e-learning authoring tools.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc.
- Excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
