Responsibilities:

Translate technical specifications into a working application
Develop and customize CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics)
Configure, code, and test CRM integrations and workflows
Provide Go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct knowledge transfer
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Must-Have Skills:

7-10 years of experience in CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics)
Proficient in CRM customization, data integration, and API methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile), test scenarios, and version control

Desirable Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification
