Task description and requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
- Develop policies, RFPs, and contracts.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend reporting.
- Assist with accreditation and special projects.
- Organize meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Arrange travel for staff and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with privacy legislation.
- Oversee the administration team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage records and data storage.
- Post-secondary certification in business administration with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in privacy law, human resources, and data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of CARF, Accreditation Canada procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Experience with graphic design is an asset.
