Task description and requirements
Description: Reporting to the Manager, SCM Support Services, the SCM Support Analyst will provide Supply Chain Management related application and process support to all internal and external clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Receive, analyze and resolve incoming Supply Chain Management related application/process requests from suppliers, Business Units, and internal users as Tier 1 support. Including but not limited to; invoice, payment, rate validation, and all Procure to Pay (P2P) inquiries.
*Utilize the ServiceNow ticket management system to respond to inquiries, monitor tickets, and action response times to ensure resolution achieves defined metrics, undertaking appropriate escalation procedures when required.
*Provide Tier 1 support of P2P applications including SAP, OpenInvoice for PO and Non-PO transactions, Ariba, Maximo, and ServiceNow.
*Support the execution of P2P process improvements to suppliers and internal users in collaboration with SCM Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Category Management, Master Data, Taxation, and other departments to ensure Client has a best-in-class P2P processes.
*Assess the requirements of internal and external customers to determine possible solutions to business issues and recommend enhancement/development of business processes
*Report issues and request enhancements in conjunction with the SCM Systems & Automation Team, IT and external offshore resources.
*Help manage SAP Staging Table and workflow delays/issues. Assist in identifying root cause and coordinating resolution.
*Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Business Unit (BU) relationship development.
*Reject or redirect OpenInvoice Service Receipts/invoices.
*Resend Service Entry Sheet and Goods Receipt to OpenInvoice.
*Provide support to other functions within the SSC.

Qualifications:
Musts:
*Be legally entitled to work in Canada
*Obtained high school diploma
*3+ years of experience in P2P or related business
*Excellent understanding of procure to pay systems, data and processes
*Enthusiastic about Customer Service and process efficiencies
*Ability to identify the root cause of processing issues
*Clear verbal and written communication skills
*Effective time management skills to support high ticket volume
*Work independently and collaborate within a team environment
*Experience with SAP MM (ECC) / SAP FICO (ECC & S/4)
Assets:
*Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related fields
*Supply Chain Management diploma/certificate/degree
*Experience with OpenInvoice (PO, Price Book, Field Ticket, and Invoice), Maximo (Procurement), Ariba (Sourcing & Contract Management), and ServiceNow
