Task description and requirements
- Develop, research and write internal and external communications, and key messages for all communication materials in all media formats – print, blog, corporate sites, intranet, internal/external memos, social media, videos and presentations.
- Research and create engaging, culture-driven stories/content for use on internal properties.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies designed to engage existing partners and acquire new ones.
- Monitor and report back on KPIs to project stakeholder, making recommendations for improvement and demonstrating lessons learned for future growth.
- Ensure proper process is followed to achieve desired results and minimize inefficiency, recommending opportunities for improvement when/where applicable.
- Monitor digital presence (e.g., Google reviews, LinkedIn inquiries) and manage online feedback, ensuring responses are timely and effective.
