Task description and requirements

Our client is looking for a solid SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst for a permanent full-time position. Start date is immediate. Must be 2-3 days onsite per week.

The candidate must be bilingual and available to travel in Canada and the US between 20-30%.

Description



Business process optimization and mapping
Determine how to integrate SAP to improve supply chain management processes.
Evaluate the needs and requirements of the company and the plants through process analysis, collaboration and observation.
Support users (questions, incidents, resolutions, features, procedures, sharing of expertise).
Develop the super user community by improving the level of knowledge, training tools and networking.
Build relationships and collaborate with multiple teams and experts across different sites and departments.
Participate in the development of solutions (identify and document options, strategies and impacts; model processes and requirements; translate technical objectives for functional and development teams; participate in testing and support the deployment of chosen solutions with professional teams).
Promote change in the company, propose creative business solutions and optimize existing processes.

Requirement



Must have EWM or Warehouse management experience
S4 Cloud experience
5 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst related to supply chain activities, particularly in relation to different systems such as SAP (SCM) and MES (Aveva).
Training in continuous improvement (Lean Master – Asset)
Experience in implementing change management strategies.
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
Travel required (Canada/USA) approximately 20% of your time.
Supply chain: WM, inventory, cyclical inventory (LBN, EWM)
Mapping - SAP WM – SCM – documentation (training or process monitoring tool)

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
