Position: Project Manager/Leader - Senior (RQ07783)

Location: Peterborough/Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Start Date: 2024-09-16
End Date: 2025-03-28
Hours: 7.25 per day

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years as Project Manager
  • Formal Project Management training
  • Experience with large, technically complex projects
  • Experience with issue/risk management, timeline setting, and progress reporting
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects with IT groups, industry, and business clients
Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GIS (Esri) based projects (e.g., ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online)
Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale, high-risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives
  • Ensure deliverables meet client requirements within time, scope, and budget
  • Lead projects under the Geospatial Ontario IT Program, including GIS Delivery Platform maintenance and modernization, and ArcGIS Portal deployment
  • Handle project governance at Program and Corporate levels
