Task description and requirements

Project Description: Our global client based in Calgary, AB, is looking for a SAP S4HANA Functional Architect specializing in Forecast to Produce (F2P) to design and architect F2P SAP solutions. This role requires substantial experience working with a variety of SAP applications including S/4HANA, ECC, PP, PM, EAM, QM, and MRP. The architect will be responsible for ensuring that the SAP solutions meet specific business requirements and maintain design integrity throughout implementation.

Key Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, ECC, PP, PM, EAM, QM, MRP.
  • Proven track record of designing complex SAP solutions to support unique business processes.
  • Strong skills in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency with the ability to travel between the US and Canada.
Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring system integration and user experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Define functional requirements, create configuration rationale, and oversee the solution design to ensure it meets business needs.
  • Assist in the prioritization of demand items within the F2P space and support escalated incidents when necessary.
