Task description and requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in SAP S2D functional solution design and delivery.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, leading or managing a team of SAP professionals.
- Hands-on functional experience with SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource allocation, and securing budgets.
- Strategic thinker capable of implementing effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
- US citizenship, Green Card, or H1B status (for exceptional candidates) with the ability to travel between the US and Canada.
- Lead and grow a team of functional analysts and architects responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Schedule to Deliver business function.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to align technology with business strategies and needs.
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee third-party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and enhance the user experience.
- Ensure the integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Prioritize and manage demand items within the S2D space.
- Be accountable for the overall SAP solution delivery, including both planning and execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
