Task description and requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, managing or leading a team of SAP professionals.
- Extensive hands-on experience in various sub-modules of SAP S/4HANA FICO, with integration to SD, MM, and PP.
- Specific experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios.
- FSCM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven leadership with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong background in SAP delivery planning, resource management, and budget securing.
- Strategic and adaptable, with the ability to implement solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency with the ability to travel between the US and Canada.
- Lead and grow a team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions supporting the Record to Report function.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to align SAP solutions with business strategies and needs.
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets that align with business goals.
- Oversee third-party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and enhance the user experience.
- Ensure the integrity of SAP solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
- Prioritize and manage demand items within the R2R space.
- Be accountable for the overall SAP solution delivery, including planning and execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
