Our Client is looking for an SAP CX Business Analyst for a long-term contract engagement.

Start: September 2024

Duration: 12 months

Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Role

The SAP CX Business Solution Analyst will be responsible for providing functional support and for developing an in-depth knowledge of the processes and technology of the Client’s Enterprise Business System solution. The Business Solution Architect will work collaboratively to assist with solution incident resolution, support the Enhancement Management process and change management related activities as required. The Business Solution Architect will also provide guidance for road-mapping and planning activities.

Requirements



5+ Years of SAP CX experience, in a technical or process role

Areas of focus include: C4C, Hybris, Qualtrics, Identity Management, DCM, IVR
Experience supporting a utility industry process model (Electric, Gas and/or Water), including regulated and investor owned
Familiarity with supporting tools and enabling technologies
Experience delivering or managing enhancements using Waterfall or Agile methodologies
Experience leading teams, including planning, setting work priorities, managing performance and cross-team collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and issues in a collaborative environment
 Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
