Task description and requirements

• Nursing Diploma from an accredited college.
• Registration with the CNO.
• Proof of BCLS.
• Commitment to maintaining practice standards outlined by the CNO.
• Provide Nursing assessment, contribute to care plan development, goal-oriented treatment interventions, patient and family education, and support to address medical, cognitive, emotional, and self-care needs.
• Proven ability to assume leadership/charge nurse role. Motivation to demonstrate patient assessment, patient education, and related clinical specialties.
• Excellent assessment skills and knowledge of care plans.
• Effective problem-solving skills, prioritization, time management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Promote a family-centered care environment.
• Demonstrate ability to perform appropriately in emergency situations.
• Ability to lift, turn, and transfer patients manually with the assistance of mechanical aids.

• TB test (within 6 months to 1 year)
• Vulnerable Sector Screening (Within a year)
• Valid CPR/ACLS/BLS certificate
