Duration: 12 months
Hybrid work 2 days onsite
Principal Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP logistic team
Develop workstream plans and timelines and adhere to project phases & timelines, policies and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business units.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Provide regular project updates to Program Director, Program Manager, Business stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project resources, including the internal team, and work closely with external vendors.
Manage and execute solution testing through system integration test cycles, measure solution quality, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
Manage and ensure Logistics data migration quality through regular engagement in data preparation, migration and validation activities
Plan, lead and support Deployment activities (business cutover, site setup and readiness) for successful go-live
Develop and support post-go-live support (Hypercare) plan and resources deployment
Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in SAP Logistics (EWM and TM), leading a minimum of five large end-to-end SAP Logistics Implementations with a robust supply chain business and technical background
Minimum ten years of technical and technology leadership experience, ideally from a technology or engineering background.
Experience leading enterprise-level or large-scale projects or programs involving multiple business teams.
Bachelors or masters degree with a STEM focus (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
