Task description and requirements
Fully Qualified Document Control support, coordinates document control action items to completion. Works independently under supervision of team lead. Using strong orientation to detail and prioritization skills to provide document control direction to projects throughout the asset lifecycle. Working in accordance with the requirements of our standards and related systems, processes, and tools. This role will be best suited for a confident, experienced professional who values safety above all else, teamwork, collaboration, and taking on exciting new challenges.
You will use your expertise to:
Resolve complex and critical document management issues during all phases of the project
Produce intricate scheduled audit reports, where customized reporting is required.
Understands and becomes EDMS Superuser
Complies with company policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
Coordinate with Engineering Provider the creation, issuance, completion, and turnover of engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize, track and report on complex data.
Minimum Requirements:
10 years of Document Control experience
Functional knowledge of technical systems, practices, and processes
Advanced skills with MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and electronic document management systems
A High School Diploma
Experience working on diverse projects that vary in scope, size, and complexity.
Preferences:
Asset Lifecyle Information Management (ALIM) experience
SharePoint experience
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Location and Other Key Details:
The successful candidate will be based out of the office in Calgary.
The hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
