Task description and requirements
- Analyze data to enhance business performance and create insightful reports.
- Provide accurate financial planning and analysis to management.
- Collaborate with divisions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish a strategic planning framework linked to performance metrics.
- Communicate financial trends and prepare monthly analyses highlighting key areas.
- Consolidate rolling forecasts and manage financial reporting systems.
- Monitor cost reduction initiatives and coordinate the annual budget process.
- Analyze business cases for financial impacts and support initiatives.
- Liaise with finance teams for effective communication.
- Coordinate capital expenditure reporting and approvals.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed and participate in Kaizen activities.
- CPA/CA designation.
- Minimum 5 years in FP&A.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and in a diverse team.
