  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Understand and document the customer’s journey from vision and strategy to history and competitive landscape.
  • Product owners assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure that work aligns with product strategy.
  • Managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.
  • Align product requirements, user journeys and personas to match the vision put forth by the business and their partnering design teams.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within Broadridge and their client counterpart.
  • Document, quantify and track goals relevant to the business, technology, and operation teams.
  • Identify KPIs aligned with the product vision and overall strategy.
  • Provide an overview of what the engagement will cover and demonstrate the ability to go broad and deep as the situation calls for it. 
  • Identify gaps including key problem statements and relevant personas.   
  • Able to work with different levels of the Broadridge organization from analysts to the C-suite. 
  • Define high level requirements, key hypotheses, flows and data sets.
  • Managing the product backlog & Translating strategies into tasks
  • Ensure that the transition between the preliminary engagement and execution teams is smooth.
  • Work with the engineering teams to ensure they have the knowledge capital to effectively deliver the requirements.
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a product owner
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
  • In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A successful track record of developing products within deadline
