Task description and requirements
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant (m/w/d) for our customer .
Branche: Insurance
Your tasks
• Currently the role is responsible for:
• 1. Taking the list of business requirements we have established based on the agreed process:
• a) Identifying the key capabilities/functional grouping (SF, interfaces, migration) required to implement the business requirements
• b) Plan the delivery of the capabilities
• c) Create technical user stories (specifications), translating the elaborated business requirements that the Business BA provides
• d) Work with SF solution architects who will write more detailed solution design for more involved/complicated requirements where needed
• 2. Ensure the technical specification/solution design is done in a structured, thoughtful and thorough manner – e.g. up front, identify the dependencies between the capabilities, also with migration and integration topics so the project activities are executed in an orderly fashion in good time
• 3. Ensure Jira is structured correctly, effectively and comprehensively with Business Requirements, Capabilities and Technical User Stories with the right content to enable structured and effective team working and tracking
• 4. Testing the technical user stories before they are released to be tested by Business BA and Product Owner
Must have competences
• Strong Salesforce Expertise
• Ability to create and manage technical user stories
• Experience in Jira for structuring and tracking work
• Strong collaboration with solution architects and business teams
• Skilled in testing technical stories before BA/Product Owner review
