Task description and requirements

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager / Sales Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Volume: Fulltime
Format: contract or contract to perm

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

Tasks (independent delivery):
1. Maximize Sales and Revenue: Work closely with the Client Partner to drive sales activity and build a sales funnel to meet
monthly targets across 8-12 prestigious accounts.
2. Client Interaction: Gain credibility with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions from
client´s product range, especially core network technologies.
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records on Salesforce.com to manage the sales pipeline, quote and order entry,
and drive customer communication.
4. Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
5. Account Planning: Support the sales team in developing detailed account plans and forecasting anticipated revenue.
6. Proactive Proposals: Generate a minimum number of targeted proactive proposals each month.
7. Customer Meetings: Schedule and conduct customer meetings in line with agreed activity targets.
8. Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a global account team, leading virtual or dedicated teams when
necessary.
9. Skill Development: Continuously develop skills, experience, and network to identify new opportunities within the customer
base

Skills & Qualifications:
* An understanding of the business IT / Telecommunication environment
* Knowledge of Voice, Data, Mobile and IP products and IT Services solutions
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a large, complex Global account team
* An understanding of Telecoms or IT in a Sales or Business Development environment
* Exceptional communication skills and customer focus with the ability to gain a thorough
understanding of the customer needs
* The ability to construct and deliver effective presentations both internally and externally
* The ability to lead virtual and/or dedicated teams.
* The ability to consistently generate new sales opportunities
* Knowledge of salesforce or other comparable CRM applications.
* The desire to drive solution-related discussions with customers
