I am familiar with the Jira Service Desk software and the responsibility of its agents, including ticketing, asset automation, service level agreements, and incident investigation. My recently issued A+ certification has prepared me for problem solving across the IT landscape, including helpdesk management, troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, and onboarding device setup.
