Provide electrical design. Have 40 plus years experience. Electrical design and calculations in accordance with the relevant Canadian and Industrial (API, IEEE, NEC) Standards and client preferences. Proposal preparation, estimates, design basis, engineering estimates and construction work packages at each design phase. Design and review of engineering deliverables such as: Hazardous Area Classification Drawings; Single Line diagrams, schematic and wiring diagrams; Grounding and lighting drawings, cable/conduit/tray routing plans, substation and equipment layouts, cable schedules, panel schedules; Equipment sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop, lighting calculations; Preparation and review of specifications, data sheets, technical bid evaluations and procurement documentation for LV/MV equipment Review and sign off Inspection Test Plans and quality check forms Follow up with Electrical suppliers’ representative and facilitate electrical testing and commissioning at site Respond to site RFIs based on applicable standards and electrical codes
