As an Access to Information and Privacy officer, I have worked diligently to ensure efficient information management and organizational compliance with established privacy laws. To this end, I am adept at creating, maintaining, and executing procedures and policies concerning confidential information, and keenly understand how to handle and use private data in compliance with organizational regulations. I have also been responsible for ensuring effective communication with other staff members on best practices for keeping client information private and made appropriate recommendations to management for procedures to maintain compliance. While I work diligently to prevent challenges to data compliance management, in the unfortunate scenario where there have been privacy breaches, I have responded to such incidents promptly and skillfully to ensure the company avoids loss of reputation and client trust, and I have been instrumental in facilitation any required regulatory investigations to resolve the matter. As Privacy officer, I can work independently or as part of a team, and have indeed worked with privacy committees in my past roles. An experienced Administrative Officer/Coordinator, I have supervised between 20-30 office staff and overseen them to implement various relevant administrative procedures, established work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations, and coordinated the acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services. I perform these tasks with an eye on detail and timeliness. Known for my strong interpersonal skills, I am multilingual and communicate well in Native Pashto and Persian, and have working knowledge of Urdu and English.
