As a lawyer specialized in IP, business and contract law I give advice and represent individuals, businesses, and agencies on legal issues and disputes mostly the US and Europe. My duties as a legal expert typically do the following: Advise and represent clients in business and corporate law issues; Advise clients for Intellectual Property Rights (mostly trademarks and patents) Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters; Advise on any legal matter regarding online business and online transactions; Conduct research and analysis of legal problems: Communicate with their clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case: Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses; Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others and argue on behalf of their clients; Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds. During the past few years, I have worked as a legal consultant locally and internationally with different companies starting from tech companies to marketing agencies. I have three law degrees (one bachelor`s degree and two LLM degrees-one in Europe and another in the US, at the Illinois Institute of Technology- Chicago Kent College of Law.
