I have been a Management Consultant for over 25 years and am an expert on software development and integration projects. I am technical as am developer by background. I am also a visionary and can assist with IT strategy and direction! I have over 16 years of experience as an IT Program and Project manager and over 20 years experience as a senior BA. I am a certified IT technical instructor and love helping and coaching others! I am a lifelong learner and entrepreneur who helps businesses implement efficient and effective IT software and processes. I am lean six sigma certified and have taken the Prosci Change Management course. I have the knowledge to help clients find process gaps and improvement areas and help them implement change. I have experience starting up Businesses from scratch as well as experience in large enterprise projects as well!
