DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Learning Designer will design, develop, and implement digital learning solutions that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia production, and e-learning technologies. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Instructional Design:
Develop instructional materials and e-learning modules based on sound instructional design principles.
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Content Development:
Design and produce multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and simulations.
Write clear and concise content, including scripts, storyboards, and assessments.
Technology Integration:
To develop digital learning content, use e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia).
Integrate digital learning solutions with learning management systems (LMS).
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and feedback.
Evaluation and Improvement
Apply assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of digital learning solutions. 
Continuously improve learning content based on feedback and data analysis. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
Proven experience in creating multimedia content and using e-learning authoring tools.
Skills:
Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc.
Excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
