Role: Elastic Cloud Admin/Developer
Location: BRAMPTON, ON
Hybrid
Description:
Ø Design and implement ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack solutions.
Ø Create and manage Elasticsearch Clusters on premise/Cloud.
Ø Fine tune bulk load process.
Ø Provide Elastic Search tuning/optimizing based on application needs.
Ø Well versed with Java REST client API.
Ø Create Dashboard on KPIs.
Ø Contribute to team design discussions with detailed technical information.
Ø Develop code with quality, scalability, and extensibility.
Ø Provide work breakdown and estimates for complex software development tasks.
Ø Identify strategic/tactical solutions and provides risk assessments and recommendations.
Required Skills:
Ø Minimum 4 years Experience with Elasticsearch - Mandatory.
Ø Design and implement highly scalable ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) stack and ElastiCache solutions.
Ø Experience in architecting data structures using Elastic Search and ElastiCache.
Ø Fine tune bulk load process.
Ø Build reports using APIs that leverage Elasticsearch and ElastiCache.
Ø Good experience in query languages and writing complex queries with joins that deals with a large amount of data.
Ø Experience in end-to-end Low-level design, development, administration, and delivery of ELK based reporting solutions.
Ø Expert knowledge in Java, memory management, fine tuning etc.
Ø Experience building rest APIs - Node/PHP/Python/Java.
Ø Experience working with open-source libraries.
Ø Experience working with code repositories such as Git, Gitlab, GitHub or Bitbucket.
Ø Understanding of AWS/AZURE.
Ø Knowledge of database design and architecture
Ø Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
