Work Experience: 1-3+ years Personal Lines Insurance, RIBO, EPIC, Compu-Quote, cold calling/selling


DESCRIPTION:

Seeking Personal Lines Insurance Broker. In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by selling all Personal Lines products. You will assess client’s insurance needs, evaluate risk and set and meet sales targets. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Answer inbound/outbound calls and online inquires
  • Developing business and prospect marketing plan to encourage new sales development
  • Develop and market new business ideas while building a database of contacts and networking opportunities
  • Provide potential clients with exceptional service, professional advice and accurate quotes with the market that best suits their needs
  • Respond to company and or client concerns/inquires in a timely and professional manner
  • Networking with internal producers to achieve cross-selling goals and build relationships
  • Networking on the assigned groups and attending events to promote the company and products.
  • Fully completing all applicable documentation with accuracy upon closing date
  • Meet or exceed personal insurance production goals as assigned through a series of referral sources and self-generation
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Personal Lines Insurance sales experience/track record
  • RIBO License
  • Comfortable and confident with cold selling via email and telephone (preferred)
  • Creative ability to influence and negotiate
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to establish sales and retention goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with EPIC by Applied Systems and Compu-Quote – an asset
