Over 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical expertise and wore many caps so far like ServiceNow Administrator and Developer. Thorough understanding on HR/ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules. I have strong experience and knowledge on ServiceNow and on the infrastructure as well. But coming to my actual ServiceNow experience, Initially, I started my journey an Serviceb=now admininstrator where I need to work on LL1 and L2 activities, user creatin, Group creation, assigning roles to groups and reporting and Run Discoveries in TADDM and feeding CMDB to Service Now as discovery tool. Later I have moved on for another client as a ServiceNow Developer Which Includes Troubleshooting all the Discovery issues and CMDB issues, CSM module. I have experience with the ServiceNow core features like UI policies, client scripts, script includes and business rules. Whereas coming to the latest project experience I have worked on HRSD module where I have worked on stories for the enhancements on HR Case Management and COE Configuration (Payroll, HRIT operation, Workforce admin, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent management)and HR Workspace, HR Assignment Rules, HR Matching Rules and integrations with third party tool like Workday.
