Description et exigences de la tâche
Work with the program and product manager to develop project scope and timeline for identified initiatives
Analyze and interpret user requirements, create user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
Participate in design and testing activities and participate in system implementations
Assist with maintaining and documenting systems
Perform data validation checks
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, standards, and procedures
Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements
Create user documentation, including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases
Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis
Participate in other activities as required
Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions
Gather, analyze, and document customer information, needs, and existing processes
Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans
Identify, validate, and mitigate technology risks
Work with the Solution Architect to develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions
Write user stories and epics
Validate epics
Evaluate usability and scalability of potential solutions
Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes
Design, document, test, and implement software solutions
Execute and support infrastructure audits and reviews
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business or a related field
7-10+ years work experience in a technical business analyst role
Strong experience in Agile methodology and practices
Java developer experience - mandatory
PostgreSQL, SQL experience
Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
Strong data-gathering and analysis skills
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Excellent English written and verbal communication - mandatory
Agile certification – an asset
CBAP certification – an asset
