Description et exigences de la tâche
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand and address organizational needs.
- Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the board of directors.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective talent management and succession planning processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Employee Development and Training:
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive positioning within the industry and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for benefits administration.
- Performance Management and Organizational Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Work with department leaders to ensure alignment of performance goals with business objectives.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives and provide leadership during times of transformation.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Address employee grievances and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- HR Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and practices that mitigate organizational risk.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
- HR Technology and Systems:
- Oversee the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of HR systems for reporting and analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations through technology and process enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR principles and practices, especially in a regulated industry. Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Skills:
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
