Your mission would be:


Reporting to the Manager of Learning, the Technical Writer is responsible for the design and creation of documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including procedures, user manuals, technical training materials and job aids where appropriate). They will ensure that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate. The Procedure Writer will work closely with internal partners and business Subject Matter Experts to research and verify content. They will also collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives for documentation deliverables and processes, as well as various other administrative tasks such as planning and scheduling.
