Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and passion for delivering solutions.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to client value.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a strong ability to generate new customer pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Must obtain a RIBO Insurance license before the start date (company reimburses study material and exam costs).
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
  • Ability to network, cold-call, and meet clients in person.
