Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst. The Change Management Analyst will be responsible for executing Change, Communications and Business Readiness activities and will play a key role in leading various levels of business stakeholders through a business transformation.

Principal Responsibilities




Develop and implement Change Management plans aligned to the program overall strategy that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Utilize a solid understanding of SAP modules to facilitate change management processes.
Build and maintain Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Risk Assessment, Resistance Management, and Change Sustainment plans.
Execute Role Mapping activities as part of the program strategy.
Design and execute comprehensive engagement plan to different stakeholder groups (from Executive to End-User groups).
Design and deliver engaging presentations to the organization.
Manage a network of change champions across multiple geographic locations.
Provide change coaching to business resources and others as needed.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of communications and training initiatives.



Qualifications & Experience




Proven 7+ years of experience as a Change Management Analyst or similar role.
Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Proficient in SAP modules.
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.



 Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
