Description et exigences de la tâche
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and integration of complex brake control systems. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all system requirements are met while working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, safety-critical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and validation of brake control systems using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
Collaborate with engineering teams to define system requirements, architectures, and interfaces
Develop detailed system models using tools such as Cameo to ensure accurate system representation and traceability
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations for railway systems
Support multiple projects simultaneously, providing technical leadership and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, ideally in complex, safety-critical environments
Proven experience in the automotive or aerospace industries working on control systems
Strong expertise with Cameo or other similar modeling tools
In-depth understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and their application in large-scale projects
Familiarity with safety standards and requirements for railway systems is a strong advantage
Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and deadlines
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not required
