• Technical Planning: Participate in planning phases to align with our automated test strategic vision.
• Technical Solutions: Propose technical directions and solutions that resonate with our long-term automated test goals.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth studies of market tools that leverage automation, DevOps practices, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proof of Concepts: Implement proof of concepts to validate technical proposals and address potential challenges.
• Reverse Engineering Projects: Lead projects focused on reverse engineering and develop corresponding solutions.
• Best Practices Implementation: Guide projects and product squads in the adoption of automated test best practices.
• Chapter QA Coordination: Coordinate the development and activities of the QA Chapter to ensure alignment and consistency in quality standards.
• Collaboration with Architects: Work closely with application architects to build and refine our Automated Testing strategy.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in automated testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
• Expertise in DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
