Our primary purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with our services in a secure, efficient and personalized manner. 1. Putting service providers (generally identified as a "freelancer") and mandate providers in business relationship via projects;
2. Offer you support services for your business mission (example: professional insurance or time sheet management services);
3. In this context, the data requested and exchanged (with your consent) is done so in the context of an ongoing working relationship.
Ensuring the protection of personal information
Your information is stored on servers located in Canada. We protect personal information in our custody or control by employing physical, electronic and managerial safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These measures include the use of firewalls, encryption and data filtering technologies. We use a variety of security techniques to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access by internal or external users, and we take reasonable steps to ensure that only those employees and contractors who need access to confidential data to perform, develop or improve our services are granted access.
