As a skilled Scrum Master PSM I and SSM, and Software Development Manager, with 18 years of experience in Scheduling and in Forecasting, I am ready to jump on a Scrum Master open position or a Software Development Manager open position. I have worked as a Java backend developer for 14 years, with SQL server and Oracle DB. During the last 4 years, I was the team lead. I wrote MLD, working closely with the architects. I was involved in the development strategy, in the QA testing strategy. I tried TDD on my own. Then I have worked as a Software Development Manager for 4+ years. With my motivated team of 5 developers and 3 QA people, we delivered 10 projects in time, we supported their deployments in Google Cloud and we maintained them in production. We provided clean code with proper automation coverage. At the same time, I have worked as Scrum Master PSM I and SSM for 8+ years. Experienced in collaborating with multiple teams / services / time zones, I want all of us to succeed. I trained and improved the team and the PO from "waterfall + partial scrum" to "scrum". Also, I changed the team mindset from multiple individual sprint goals to one team goal. I was told that my team was the most autonomous team of the service. Finally, I have worked on some cross service management initiatives, working closely with managers and directors. The most significant initiative was the one to stabilize and improve the CI/CD pipeline. Can we fix it? Yes we can!
