IT Support Technician with more than 8 years’ experience in data-centre support, server and desktop support. I hold a National Diploma in Engineering: Computer systems, NQF Level 5 in Systems Support and NQF Level 6 in Practical Project Management. I have been involved in an IT project management for a cloud migration to give easy access to both company employees and clients to the software's, data and information on the cloud server.
